Therapists » Supervisee in Clinical Social Work
Life can be difficult and unpredictable. My goal is to provide a positive, safe, and supportive environment to explore the ups, downs, and unpredictable circumstances in life. I strive to bring healing to people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions by establishing a meaningful therapeutic relationship. My passion includes working with teenagers and adults to eliminate stress, anxiety, depression, worry, and fear that show up in our everyday lives. I believe that life is not something to walk through alone. My theoretical approaches include trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered. It would be an honor and privilege to walk alongside you and connect with you on your journey to insight and healing.
