About

I am dedicated and have a true passion for empowering individuals and couples to work through their presenting problems and issues. I help and support adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, trauma recovery, as well as stress from life transitions. I help couples find their voice and hear each other in new ways to resolve conflict, improve communication, and reconnect in their relationships. My commitment to you is to create a safe, welcoming, and confidential space to begin your journey of healing and growth.

My strength is in helping you feel seen and heard, while also offering practical therapeutic support and guidance. I use strengths based approaches-including methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relational, and solution focused therapy. I am trauma certified-which means I am able to uniquely support your healing and recovery from impactful events.

I offer a culturally sensitive and inclusive space for everyone-regardless of sexuality, gender, relationship type, ethnicity, or race. If you are ready to take the first step into your healing journey, please contact me for a free 15 minute phone consult to see if we are a good fit to work together.
