I have openings and no waiting list! It can be challenging when you are struggling and finally reach out for help, just to be told you may have to wait 1 month or more to see a therapist. It is important that individuals seeking therapy with me feel safe, supported, and understood. I bring into my sessions a broad range of personal and professional experiences. I am compassionate, caring, and engaging. I provide mental health and AODA therapy to individuals 17yrs and older. Areas of specialty include alcohol and drug addiction, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, stress management, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions.
