About

Do you feel alone? Are you having a hard time lately? Has it been some time since you felt like yourself? Is something going on at work, or home? Are there people in your life that frustrate you? Are there challenging thoughts or feelings that you are struggling with sorting out? Regardless the problem or concern, my goal is to offer space to find a happier and healthier way to live. My approach to therapy is down to earth, compassionate, and honest. I am unique in my approach as I often use self-disclosure as a way to relate to someone’s experience.

I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship while offering a combination of eclectic therapies and problem-solving approaches. In my experience as a Therapist, I have worked with clients on: anxiety/depression, personality disorders, trauma, change/transitions, relationship concerns (including couples/family work) and substance abuse issues.

Your story is important, and I would love the opportunity to hear yours. I know at first it can be hard to break out of your comfort zone and taking the first step and asking for help can be the hardest part. It is worth it!! You are worth it! Always remember…nothing changes if nothing changes!!
