I enjoy working with clients who are seeking counseling for the first time and those who are looking for a therapeutic relationship. Many of my clients range in age from adolescence to seniors. Jackson Marriage and Family Counseling offer brief and intensive psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in pre-marital counseling and customized marriage counseling services. I am experienced in addressing the dynamics that stem from marital/couples, parenting, and parent, and child relationships. The intervention strategies used are trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. Our goal is to help people develop effective coping and problem-solving skills while strengthening their self-esteem and fostering self-empowerment. Our signature services aim to help individuals and families navigate complex dynamics that tend to emerge in personal and professional relationships during the journey across the lifespan.
