About

Feeling disconnected from others can be lonely and isolating - especially when you live with the others. The past few years have been traumatic for everyone to some degree and re-discovering the human interactions we all need to promote happiness and longevity is essential whether you are coupled or single - adult or child. Individuals who need a boost to their communication skills, understanding or discovery of self, and couples who are trying to enrich and re-connect energize my practice.

Through specially focused training in communication strategies and approaches I can help you feel heard once again - or maybe for the first time. It can be as difficult to put big emotions into words as an adult as it is as a child. Communicating effectively is something we can all learn - and that is the exciting part. We all want to be seen, heard, & loved

Unconditional positive regard for clients is a fancy way of saying that there is no judgment of you in this space. When we meet I hold this space for you - and in this space there is room for you to become who you are, and to give voice to feelings and thoughts that you discover along the way. This is your space, and it is here when you are ready to connect.
