I provide individual and group mental health therapy for issues including complex trauma, anxiety and depression, emotional regulation, navigating relationships, body image, perinatal transitions, and adjusting to chronic illness. I specialize in working with gender and racial minorities, who have been routinely overlooked and underserved but still have the desire to show up for themselves- individuals who want to move in a positive direction with their mental health but may not know exactly how or what that looks like. As a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of MD, I have experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, and children who have experienced interpersonal and systemic trauma. I use holistic, healing-centered interventions including narrative exposure therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and expressive art therapy. I will support you in working towards YOUR mental health goals. Whether you’ve never worked with a therapist before or have already received a diagnosis; if you are ready to heal, working with me may be a great next step!
