About

I primarily support young adult women who are working through anxiety and queer women's identity issues. I can help you build your toolbox of coping skills to experience greater freedom from anxiety in your daily life. If you are questioning or early on in the process of discovering their sexual orientation, I offer a safe, supportive space for you to process at your own pace. For bisexual women, I can support you in building confidence and navigating the complexities of feeling out of place in both queer as well as straight spaces.

I take a collaborative, goal-oriented, practical approach to therapy. I can help you take tangible steps toward healing, practice self-sustainment, and re-write old, painful narratives. I incorporate information on how our bodies and brains process stress to help you grow in self-understanding and apply coping skills in ways that work.

I am always learning and doing my best to practice from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, feminist, liberation health lens. If you've been feeling alone on your journey, feel free to reach out to me. It would be my privilege to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to process and grow. I look forward to hearing from you!
