About

Identity exploration is the heart of transformative therapy. You absolutely deserve to feel grounded in who you are, and it is my privilege to help clients explore the patterns or hardships causing inner turmoil. People often come to me with histories of emotional abuse, difficult upbringings, or toxic romantic relationships. Some feel stuck or alone in their current circumstances, and they want help navigating a tender transition. The introspective nature of therapy can be vulnerable, but the healing is often profound. Wherever you are on your journey, I will strive to help you build a more authentic and meaningful life. View 12 Photos

I specialize in trauma treatment, identity exploration and complex family dynamics. I’m an affirmative therapist who supports clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and have lived experience within this community. My practice is inclusive and authentic. I am EMDR-certified and implement ego state work, somatic work, and psychodynamic interventions in therapy.

479 Counseling is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcoming to people of all spiritualities. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, fun and relational, and more holistic than medically-driven. If you feel ready to change your life, and you need support on your journey, I would be honored to offer guidance. Let's see if we're a good fit!
