I believe that there are times in our lives when we need someone to help us navigate through painful and confusing situations we all encounter in life. Many times root causes can be found in both our past, as well as present circumstances. As a Christian counselor, I incorporate faith in the healing process. I believe that God can bring lasting change where human effort alone oftentimes fails. Also, having a strong alliance with someone who can empathize with our situation provides the necessary support needed to carry out lasting change. It is my desire to help you get unstuck, and assist you on your journey of emotional healing View 10 Photos I specialize in helping people who are stuck and want to start the process to make meaningful change in their lives. With individuals this often means working on issues with depression, anxiety, anger issues or PTSD. For couples or families, I work with people to help define the relationships that they want and help set up structure to make change possible. I am honored to be called to journey along with people as they work to accomplish meaningful changes in their lives. I have encountered many changes personally over the years and it helps me to believe in the ability to work through whatever circumstances life has dealt you,currently or in the past.
