Hi Im a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) based in North Carolina. I received my masters from Liberty University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with children (5 years and older) , adults, couples, and families. I have over ten years of counseling experience in outpatient and residential services providing individual, family, and group therapy. In our first session we start building rapport through introductions. A collaborative approach will be utilized where client and myself will work together to identify concerns, treatment goals, and a plan to reach goals. A therapeutic relationship will be established between client and myself through rapport building and reflective listening.
