About

As we walk through our lives, we are faced with many challenges. Sudden, unexpected events such as injuries, illnesses, and losses can happen to us at any given time. In this fast changing world, it is often difficult to have a sense of balance. You may be overwhelmed by restless, negative feelings and thoughts from past or present issues. It takes courage to seek counseling, face your issues, and to take steps towards positive changes. I believe we all have inner abilities to heal and grow. As a therapist, I would be honored to assist you in your individual journey and help you to discover your true potential and life value. View 5 Photos
