About

Often the hardships we meet in our external worlds move us to explore our internal selves: how we think, what our feelings mean to us, how we relate to others, and why we make the choices we do. I provide a deeply compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their relationships with important people in their lives, with the world around them, and with themselves. With you, the client, as the expert of your own experience and with the therapist as a skillful and caring helper, profound self-discovery and healing are possible.

I welcome adults of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, as well as couples of any orientation, working to promote emotional safety, accountability, and compassion. I hold particular clinical interest in issues related to masculinity and in working with clients impacted by them.

Life's challenges can bring on significant pain, but you do not have to go through it alone. Your search for a new therapist is an excellent step in attending to your needs and taking your wellness into your own hands. You are worth your own effort.
