I enjoy working with clients to help them reach their potential through improved coping skills, shifting to a more positive perspective, and handling the challenges we all face in our hectic lives. I have experience with individuals, couples, families, and children. I have extensive experience in working with individuals with severe mental illnesses and the families that support them. I enjoy working with families and the dynamics between parents and children. Improving the way families function through improved social skills and parenting techniques. Improving the functioning of the client is my passion. This can be accomplished in many ways and finding the unique way that suits the needs of the individual is how we'll effect that change. I am currently working on my doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology. I am an active sports official in addition to counseling, and have tremendous experience with athletes and coaches. I also have a faith-based practice at Trinity Lutheran Church in Papillion, NE.
