As a therapist I work to help people, not only with their symptoms, but with seeking to better understand themselves, their relationships, and how they came to be who they are and who they hope to become. I am a clinical social worker in private practice providing psychotherapy to adults and couples. I have advanced academic and professional training in multiple areas with extensive experience in a variety of specialties, most notably in psychodynamic psychotherapy, disaster mental health, and geriatric psychiatry- both inpatient and outpatient settings.
