Finding the right therapist/coach can be a whip for sure. How on earth do I choose who to divulge my struggles with! I believe we ALL have a purpose and that we are all affected by choices, good and bad, we have made in our lifetime. We can change despite those choices but sometimes the consequences don't. I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist but eclectic in treatment modalities depending on client. I work a lot with married couples which result in helping men through sexual addictions and women with past sexual abuse.
