I work with adolescents, young adults, LGBTQ+ families, and couples. specializing in LGBTQI+ affirming care, ADHD/ADD parenting support, special needs children, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and more. My approach to therapy is person-centered and varies based on the needs of each client/family using a humanistic lens, incorporating elements of Systems Theory, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Solution focused therapy (SFT). I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. I specialize in ADHD/Neurodiversity, parenting support, special needs children and parenting, depression, anxiety, first responders/military/veterans, complex family issues, women's issues, and LGBTQI+ affirming care. My main goal during our first session is to focus on building rapport with you. We will spend the majority of our time discussing your history, your current challenges, how you've been feeling, and anything that has directly impacted your life. As each person's experiences are different, I like to spend our initial meeting listening and learning to you
