About

I provide counseling, strategies and tools for overcoming life's obstacles and creating better days for individuals and couples. So many times, dealing with life stressors can become overwhelming. We want to feel better. We know we need something...we just don't know how to get there. My strengths are to help others change negative patterns, communicate more effectively, and make better choices. I will help you become more aware of negative thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of a successful and meaningful life and relationships.

My approach is solution-focused based around resiliency-training and mindfulness. Core beliefs, thoughts and behaviors that may not be serving you are acknowledged-and changed--as a result of our work. I utilize techniques of stress reduction and mindfulness. The result is more joy, purpose and meaning in your life.

My passion is helping others become the people they want to be. I guide, motivate and facilitate positive and active change that enables you to create the life you want.
