About

Are you feeling overwhelmed navigating quarterlife? Maybe you’re adjusting to post-grad life, a new job, or starting your own family. Or you’re coming to terms with a new ADHD diagnosis. I work with those in their 20s & 30s who are dealing with the anxieties that come with these, and other, life changes. I’m here to help you bridge the gap between your life now & what you want it to look like, while also giving meaning to the experiences that led you to where you are. I not only bring professional experience to my practice, but also empathy & realness that comes from confronting my own personal challenges (I’m an ADHD-er, too!).

Anxiety, feeling stuck, unrealized potential, job dissatisfaction & relationship issues are common struggles of a quarterlifer as you navigate life in your 20s & 30s. Together we can separate those problems from your identity, learn about the role they play in your life, develop ways to cope with anxiety, & move forward towards your ideal life.

The experiences listed above can be worsened when you have trouble with motivation regulation, planning & problem solving, organization, & other executive functions related to ADHD. We can work to identify and reframe your experience with ADHD while learning new ways to manage life effectively. If you relate to these experiences, I invite you to reach out!
