About

When grief hasn't been fully addressed, it can look like depression, anxiety, isolation, addictive behaviors to escape the pain, workaholism, relationships that are fragile, a lack of motivation, or feeling overwhelming resentment and bitterness. And grief can occur after a variety of losses that many people don't realize: divorce, moving, graduation, empty nest, retirement, an impactful change in financial position or physical abilities, a pandemic. My clients acutely feel how unresolved grief has become an impediment to living their lives in full, having healthy relationships, and having the energy to go after their goals. View 4 Photos

The Grief Recovery Method supports your grief work with a step-by-step process by which we unlearn the myths we've been taught about loss, learn how grief actually works (using your own experiences), and discover what undelivered emotional communications are left over from previous losses. Then I show you how to get complete with the past. Transformative!

I recently lost my father (Dec 2023) after losing my mother in 2010. Because of the Grief Recovery Method (GRM), I knew how to process things from my childhood that we couldn't talk about, or it would be hurtful for me to ask him to acknowledge. The GRM has given me the tools I need to be complete with any losses, so I can move forward with a sense of peace.
