About

My practice in psychotherapy is focused on working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, divorce/separation, blended families, parenting/co-parenting, life transitions, and trauma. From a systemic lens and holistic approach, my therapy style leans into self-compassion, understanding, and acceptance with the acknowledgment that healing is not linear. I'm honored to hold space for all parts of your story, as we work together through the journey to healing and wholeness.

Within my practice, I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of each individual, couple, and family; utilizing evidence-based practices such as Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Family Therapy, EFT/Tapping and Somatic work, with a focus on attachment.

I practice from a holistic and systems-based approach centered around the belief that all humans have an innate ability to adapt, heal, and grow. I believe the foundation of therapy is in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship and a nurturing, trusting, and safe environment where clients are comfortable being their authentic selves.
