My strengths-based approach to therapy is tailored to the needs of the individual to identify the client's goals, reveal the underlying causes of symptoms or issues, and implement healing strategies. Together we will work on developing coping skills to help you feel better and build confidence and resiliency for facing life's challenges and stressors. I utilize an eclectic approach drawing from a variety of effective therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR. These methods help you get in tune with your true self and re-write unhelpful core beliefs.
