I work with individuals and couples who know that there is more to life. Clients who are willing to do the sometimes difficult work to grow, heal and thrive. I LOVE to help clients get and stay exactly where they want to be in life: Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually. It is such an honor to walk beside clients on their journey to healing and greatness. Seth is passionate about growth, healing and helping families, couples and individuals find a perfect balance of what they want in life. Seth helps people thrive! From growing up in South Carolina, to living in Seattle for 20 years and now to Florida, I've seen a lot and have helped 1000's of clients through life, trauma and healing. I practice therapy through many modalities. I help with Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Parenting, relationships and marriage. My highest calling is to be a helper, to walk with clients through the most difficult times in their lives. I see you, I hear you and I'm here to help you.
