About

Life is complicated. Our history, experiences and trauma affect not only who we are but also how we interact with the world. Whether you are struggling with childhood memories, recent trauma or simply trying to find solutions to balance out life, we can process them together. Therapy is about going deep, processing the wounds that affect us and integrating them into our current selves in order to live productively and meaningfully in the world.

Mental and emotional wounds are similar to physical wounds. Often times, however, instead of treating our psychological wounds, we simply bandage them and allow them to fester and get infected. I provide a sacred, safe space to clean, rebandage and begin to heal these wounds.

Carrying the burden of emotional trauma and suffering is not easy. Although it is necessary for each person to do their own work, we do not have to do it alone. If you are in need of support, I invite you to reach out and allow me to help you carry some of the load.
