About

We blame many of our problems on personal deficiencies; however, issues typically stem from the larger systems of capitalism, racism, and adverse life experiences. Therapy can be a place to work through anxiety, depression, traumas, and life-related stressors that have created issues in identity, self-esteem, grief, and maladaptive coping skills. I am available to clients who want help looking at the broken vase, pick up the pieces, and learn to reduce mental blocks while creating a decluttered and healthier lifestyle that builds opportunity.

Being supported by a professional clinician can provide an outlet to explore new ways to perceive the world. As a current Ph.D. student, my specialty revolves around Black men’s mental health, sexuality, trauma, and its impact on spirituality. Our goal would be to provide a safe reflexive space to process at your own pace.

I take pride in being able to empathize with individuals from various cultural backgrounds who experience difficult life circumstances and decisions all while showing up to celebrate the client's individuality and personal goals. If exploring the challenges of the human experience pique your interest, please contact me for availability.
