Sometimes we can feel plagued or burdened by our thoughts and feelings, and at the same time we may have difficulty talking about them. You might believe that if you did, people may judge or not care. You might even have a hard time pinpointing what exactly your thoughts or feelings are in the first place, despite how much they trouble you. As such, we can feel stuck in a state of discontent or distress, not knowing how to get out or believing if we even can, despite how much we may want to. I utilize a range of treatment approaches, including person-centered, to empower you to understand that your experience of yourself and the world around you matters, and psychodynamic, to explore how you came to be who you are today, as well as other approaches that can be tailored to address your needs based on what makes you uniquely you.
