About

Dealing with overwhelming stress is terrible. How many times have you “not made the smart choice” to cope with anxiety, stress or sadness? How often do you say to yourself “I hate feelings”? Do you often think “what is wrong with me, I know that was a terrible idea. I don’t even know what I was thinking?”. Maybe you even wonder if you are beyond helping, or that you have no idea where to start. Well, you might not be able to change things happening in your life, but you can change how you adapt and view those stressors.

You might not be able to stop bad things from happening, but you might be able to someday say out loud “wow, I feel completely at my limit, but I can manage this". I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use issues, including training in trauma based therapy.

Reaching out for the first (or fortieth time) can be tough, but I would love to hear from you, if you're even half-way thinking about it. Feeling better is possible, and I hope you are ready to give it a shot!
