I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with close to 20 years of helping professional experience. My hope is as your therapist to be a breath of fresh air during this difficult time. I have worked with all age groups including adults, older adults, kids and teens. I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, ADHD, mood disorders, anger and stress management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and compassion. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you feel comfortable and safe.
