“The ability to find your true self is one of the most important elements to sound mental health,” thus, the option is yours to start searching. My mission is to help clients understand life is worth living and to redefine their experience while providing a safe space in doing so. I want them to perceive the therapeutic process as a comprehensive endeavor toward success. It is my motivation to guide clients on their journey of healing as they attack issues related to mood, grief, substance abuse, and maladaptive behaviors that do not serve them well. Together, we will address symptom management and coping skill building using harm reduction, parent-child dynamic, compassion work, and mindfulness living. I use the evidence-based practices of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) while integrating other therapies to assist. I became a therapist by virtue of beneficence and goodwill. I am passionate about working with various populations to inspire confidences while managing their ups and downs. My ultimate intention as a therapist is to help others find purpose enough to promote better outcomes in life, all while doing so with the utmost respect.
