About

Hi, I'm Tiffany, and I work with professionals (25+) who want to build deeper intimacy with themselves, friends, and partners. My clients often explore their identities and sexuality, navigate self-criticism or negative self-talk, and seek balance after trauma. Many feel they don’t fit in, struggle with past experiences that shifted their worldview, or live in constant survival mode due to factors beyond their control. As a neurodivergent, queer, BIPOC therapist, I support marginalized individuals in gaining confidence, healing past wounds, and creating sustainable, fulfilling lives. View 5 Photos

I have (and continue to) deeply understand the challenges of feeling different and navigating various intersections of identity. Everyone deserves validation, and I'm here to assist in your mental health and growth. Whether it's low confidence, unresolved trauma, race, gender, or sexuality, I'll help navigate and foster self-acceptance.

My upbringing emphasized the importance of caring for others, humility, and challenging societal norms, which has led me to specialize in trauma-based, somatic (body based) and feminist approaches (EMDR). I also value your comfort and confidence in our partnership, while also allowing the space for grace, being absolutely flawed as a human as well.
