The work that it takes to get you to where you need to be to feel empowered, uplifted & understand self awareness. My speciality area's are working with adults, couples, families and adolescents. I believe in a holistic approach to helping clients. The mission is to help clients raise their self – awareness about their abilities, strengths, and how they cope and achieve their personal life goals. Encouraging individuals to be a better version of themselves. My therapeutic approach is a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Approach) and psychodynamic approach that emphasizes cognitive behavioral therapy to support the whole person (biological, psychological, and sociological). I specialize in compassionate professional counseling for individuals, couples and families.
