In my practice, I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred and created in partnership with each client to foster safety, compassion, patience and a sense of curiosity. Together we can create an environment to explore your personal challenges, emotions, imagination, limiting beliefs, trauma and any other issues that come forward to be worked through. When a person actively engages the world in a new way it can lead to greater awareness, self confidence, joy, peace and the ability to bring a more authentic, accurate centered sense of self into their relationships. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and have been a professional artist for over 25 years. Having a foundation in art, I understand the healing and transformative effects of creative expression. I embody a holistic approach addressing emotional, physical, mental, unconscious, and spiritual levels. This type of work is collaborative and integrative. I have had the privilege of working with clients from a full spectrum of socio-economic levels, cultural backgrounds, immigration status, sexual orientation, and faiths. I welcome diversity.
