I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate their emotional landscapes, especially those who have experienced trauma. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
