I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in the state of Florida. I am strategic and intentional about helping individuals to reach their full potential in life by processing past trauma and helping to establish the bridge to their future self. If you are ready to commit to putting yourself at the top of your list and doing the work that is required to be the best you possible, I am excited to help you along that journey. I specialize in working with women, minorities, veterans and members of LGBT-Q communities. I am a trained trauma therapist with extensive training in Exposure therapy,EMDR and DBT and CBT I do understand the courage that it takes to reach out to others for help.
