Tiffany received her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2012 and is pursuing a DSW through Tulane University. She has experience working with individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults who are experiencing various challenges, and she is skilled in counseling mental health and healthcare professionals. Tiffany's expertise includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, eating disorders, ADHD, chronic illness, divorce, and other life changes. She also has previous experience working in hospice and palliative care. Challenges can inevitably enter our lives in numerous ways, and we may not always know how to cope with or manage them all. Tiffany uses evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
