I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and training Supervisor through The International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. This 2+ year training and certification, as well as continuing education, includes treating body image and self-esteem issues, school/social media bullying and peer pressure, collaborative care with other treatment professionals, navigating weight concerns and pre and post Bariatric surgery, school related issues, family issues and more. In addition, I have ongoing training in providing therapy to clients with ADHD. Soon after I began my career I quickly realized the need for professionals that specialize in eating disorder treatment. I maintain my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist qualifications and continue to work hard to provide counseling to those in need. In addition, I work with all people with various life challenges. I have a warm, welcoming practice that feels more like home than an office. My counseling services include extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, domestic violence, substance abuse, school related issues, family problems, eating disorders and more.
