I work with clients in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions (new moms, marriage, divorce, etc.) Self-Esteem, Couples Counseling, Maternal Mental Health, Pre-Marital Counseling, Co-parenting, Grief, ENM Relationship dynamics, Imposter Syndrome, Feeling Stuck We will work together first to acknowledge where you are right now and learn to better accept and show compassion for this space. We will also work to identify the tools and resources that you have to carry you into this next chapter of your story. Sometimes, we all need a little help unearthing the good things.
