My specialties include anxiety symptoms: fear, perfectionism, & withdrawing from social situations, impulsive or self-harming behaviors, low self-esteem, depression, trauma & modeling healthy communication. I provide a safe space for all ages. I specialize in parent education & support for families going through a separation, divorce & life transitions. Parents benefit from my use of parent phone consults so they can have an appointment for the parenting piece. I have a passion for modeling positive behaviors & teaching social skills to children/adults with differing abilities. The holistic & whole mind/body approach is my passion. Many college aged & close to graduating HS seniors and their parents reach out to me because they realize the benefit to have a neutral person available to provide direction. Many are feeling stuck so we’ll work together to shift you back on track. With over two decades of work in the mental health field, I can safely say I offer a lot of experience with all age groups. The families who I've worked with, will refer their friends, extended families, people from their community, etc. because they have felt the warmth & growth that occurs when we work together.
