About

I offer a personalized and holistic approach to therapy, moving beyond a clinical, symptom focused model. Working collaboratively we will tend to the roots, uncovering whatever it is that is stunting your growth and implement healing. I offer skill development practices that encourage self-regulation, self-knowledge, self-confidence, and self-efficacy which will aid in your ability to heal and live an authentic, joyful life. When we know ourselves well, we are confident in our ability to trust, change, heal and grow. We are better able to make choices that align with our true selves leading us to a life of purpose and meaning. View 7 Photos

I combine various evidence supported therapeutic approaches including ACT, Art Therapy, Attachment, CBT, Person-Centered, and Relational therapies with a trauma-informed perspective. I often invite clients to consider therapeutic lifestyle changes including diet, sleep, self-care, and movement as an essential part of the healing and growth process.

Making a commitment to your personal growth and self-knowledge is an investment with endless reward! Not only will you experience a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in your life, the relationships you engage in will flourish. You can expect respect, compassion, and unconditional acceptance with some humor at times. Looking forward to hearing from you!
