She works with individuals of various demographics and backgrounds who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. Tianna utilizes numerous modalities personalized to the client including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), REBT (rational emotive behavior therapy), MI (motivational interviewing), and Solutions-Focused Therapy, while maintaining a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Tianna offers a down-to-earth, welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable and understood while they process the challenges they’re facing.
