About

In my practice, I embrace the values of the Social Work profession: dignity and worth of every person, importance of human relationships, integrity, self-determination of my clients, and empathy, warmth, and genuineness. I value the therapeutic relationship and provide validation, encouragement, and reflection to help my clients in their healing and growth. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). I have certificates in Trauma-Informed Care and Grief Counseling. My experience as a therapist has been at an outpatient clinic with clients from age 5 to 80.

I provide individual psychotherapy to all-aged adults and I have experience in the following areas: Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use Concerns, Grief, Loss, Breakups, Attachment, Relationship Concerns, Family Dynamics, and Experiences of Trauma.

The thought of therapy can be intimidating or uncomfortable, and you have likely experienced pain to get here. I hope that taking this next step will be refreshing, comforting, and a safe space for you to heal and grow. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to explore their underlying needs and healthy ways to meet them.
