Greetings! My name is Tom Swartz, a licensed professional counselor (LPC.0000637) in Colorado for +25 years. I am a person-center counselor who enjoys working with adults, parents, and their school age children as they seek assistance in addressing their life issues and concerns. My style is warm, friendly, practical, non-judgmental and solution focused. I provide a safe place to share your story to guide us in selecting therapeutic approaches to meet your needs. These approaches may include coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Child/Parent Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, Eclectic, and Holistic. I listen to your goals for counseling, making each session count by building upon your strengths/successes and adding new skills for the challenges in your life.
