My mission is helping people with their problems. I customize my therapy to my clients' needs and goals. I will work with you to find out what is the best way for you to achieve your goals and accomplish your dreams. I take a practical approach to therapy because I understand that you want results. Whether you are unsatisfied in your relationships or struggle in your everyday life, you don't need to suffer alone. I am here to help. My primary specialty is helping couples who love each other be nurtured and fulfilled by their relationship. I practice Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy, which has been validated by 20 years of research. Studies find that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and approximately 90% show significant improvements. I also help families manage the relational effects of financial wealth and success. Lastly, I have special expertise in helping gifted adolescents and adults.
