About

I have provided therapeutic interventions for people with addiction issues, and have also assisted Individuals through grief and loss, PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, career and work-related issues.

I am a veteran and have experience in treating military trauma. I operate from a holistic approach to wellness. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing tools and techniques to help clients get the most out of therapy.

Working with a therapist will assist you by stimulating growth that many individuals are not capable of acquiring when they work through issues alone. Grappling with loss often comes with emotional pain when dealing with the past and present hurts associated with personal experiences, as well as the hardship of dealing with life changes.
