As a seasoned professional, I provide psychotherapy, personal coaching, and sex therapy to diverse business professionals across the Bay Area and beyond. In my role as the Embedded Psychologist for Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, I have gained expertise working with some of the most insightful and innovative leaders both within the US and globally. I understand the pressures of balancing a demanding career and a thriving personal life. My specialties include sexual health and functioning, men's issues, interpersonal relationship dynamics, and the effects of technology and social media on mental health. As a challenging yet compassionate, interpersonally focused psychologist, I am here to help guide you on a path toward change and self-discovery. I prefer to think of people as "stuck" not "sick," and with insight into long-standing patterns they can begin to change behaviors and improve relationships. My office is located on Union Street in San Francisco. While I greatly value in-person psychotherapy, I also offer video sessions to accommodate the needs of busy professionals and individuals who are living outside of San Francisco.
