I also perform Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) where my work focuses on helping people change problematic behaviors. With a teaching style heavily rooted in behavior therapy, I am able to work with people to problem solve in the here and now, where we will work to turn the issues of yesterday and today into a better tomorrow.
