Hello, My name is Thletha Yates. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Clinical Supervisor. I offer psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, youth, and young and older adults. This includes all ages between 13 and up to centenarians. As a psychotherapist, I use a range of modalities that can assist with managing mental health and wellness in a healthy way. I am skilled and experienced at helping with emotional challenges and some challenging psychiatric disorders. In therapy, it is always my intention to ensure that each individual feels safe and supported to gain a deeper insight into understanding their emotions, including what makes them feel joy, anxious, angry, depressed, and more. I have more than 10 years of experience in professional counseling services. This includes private practice, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, residential substance abuse recovery, and community services.
