Seeking help from a counselor to address stress and mental health concerns can be a challenging process! Finding someone who is warm, personable and skilled in addressing concerns is important for progress and healing. I use EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic practices, Expressive-Arts Therapy, and CBT to assist clients in developing effective strategies for living more freely and fully. Twenty-plus years assisting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive patterns. MBSR & Yoga certified teacher.
