If you’re here, you’re considering making some changes in your life, and I’m glad you’re exploring your options for feeling better. Many of the people I work with often feel worried, sad, overwhelmed, stressed, or navigating grief from a major loss. Others generally feel stuck in old patterns and struggle with challenging relationships. Feeling uncomfortable with the status quo and wanting to improve one's quality of life are common themes that bring people to my office. I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience providing therapy to a wide variety of clients seeking support and clarity. I offer a compassionate, yet direct and gently challenging approach. Fostering a supportive and accepting place for people to explore change is one of my professional strengths. While I provide traditional talk therapy, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an alternative way to address distressing and traumatic memories. For some, therapy may seem intimidating and vulnerability can be hard. But often, feeling stuck is harder. Together, we can find the best place for you to start. If you have any questions about my professional experience or wish to explore working together, please feel free give me a call.
