The brain has a negative bias, it scans for threat. Scanning for the "negative" is not all bad. Being stuck in this "negative" state of scanning for danger can hinder movement forward. I can help you shift from fear state to different states of being with interest and curiosity. This shift from state to state is what helps grow your resiliency and ability to tolerate.

You can call and I will answer your EMDR questions. I am an approved EMDR consultant and a therapist for over 20 years. I have intertwined other leading trauma therapy techniques including Somatic and Mindfulness therapy with EMDR to help support your nervous system. Once your nervous system is supported reprocessing past memories can start.
